Nemesis: Build decks using two different universal Rivals decks. If you include cards from a Rivals deck that uses a plot card, you cannot include cards from another Rivals deck that also uses a plot card. Maximum of 6 Surge cards.

Rivals: Use pre-made Rivals decks.

Organised Play: Decks must be constructed using warbands and decks that are not restricted in the Organised Play rules.
